Ensuring fair pricing is important to us, and to do so we utilize the Industry Production Standards Guide (IPS) guidelines currently published by the Office Business Center Association International (OBCAI) for computing billable time as one factor in calculating charges for a full range of services. The IPS is the methodology used by the business support services industry to compute time for all levels of document production and non-keyboard services.
