We charge per minute of audio or video, not per word, line, page, or hour or work. That way you always know ahead what your transcription project is going to cost.
We have different pricing levels which depend on the following:
Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time for two hours recorded good-quality audio or video with one or two speakers is 3 - 5 days.
We also offer:
super rush (12-hour)* turnaround
rush (1-2 days)* turnaround
extended (2-3 weeks) turnaround
discount (3-4 weeks) turnaround
*12-hour and 1-day turnaround can only be provided for 60 minutes or less recorded time.
