Our transcription rates are based on many factors - below is a guide to our pricing and turnaround time.

General Verbatim Transcription - clear audio:

*12-hour and 1-day turnaround can only be provided for 60 minutes or less recorded time.
Small Audio Files: for transcription of files less than 10 minutes in length, we charge a fixed rate of $25.00 with next day turnaround.

Tracked: Individual speakers are consistently identified as Male 1, Male 2, Female 1, Female 2, etc., or by some other term. Speakers can also be identified by name if names are provided and speakers identify themselves at least once prior to speaking.
