Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us within 24 hours by email or text.

1. For work not yet started: You can cancel or reschedule your service request at any time before the work begins, and you will receive a full refund of your payment. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee to cover the administrative costs.
2. For work in progress: You can cancel your service request at any time during the work process, and you will receive a partial refund of your payment based on the percentage of work completed. However, if you cancel when the work is more than 50% done, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee to cover the administrative costs and the opportunity cost of the virtual admin.
