No Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for purchases once they have been accessed or downloaded. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Reasoning:
Non-returnable: Digital products, like eBooks, software, or online courses, cannot be returned once they are in the customer's possession.
Easy duplication: Digital products can be easily copied, making it impossible to ensure the original product is not being used in multiple locations.
Our policy is designed to be fair to all our customers. Offering refunds on digital products could unfairly benefit the customer, as they could duplicate the product and still receive a refund. We believe in treating all our customers equally; this policy helps us achieve that.
Exceptions:
While our general policy is no refunds, we may make exceptions in the following circumstances:
Faulty product: If the product you purchased is damaged or has a technical issue preventing its use.
Unfulfilled promise: If we fail to deliver the product as described or promised.
Applicable law: If applicable law requires us to offer refunds.
